To My Faithful Prayer Team,
Thank you for praying for Wednesday night at PFB. I'm so sorry that this is getting out to you all so late. I just wanted to give you a quick update.
We looked at Song of Solomon 5, uncovering the principles that God has for fighting fair. Far too often most of us jump into a "fight" with someone else with the desire to win and make sure that they know how right we are. The problem with that is that only God is right, and his call to us is to be reconciled. Within every relationship there are perspectives and expectations. Even though I may not purposefully try to hurt someone, I will at times because I can be a jerk, and/or they were hurt accordig to their own perspective and outlook on the situation.
It was a great night. So much fun to be real and honest with this topic.
Please be praying as we finish up the Song of Solomon this Wednesday night. Jesus has used this amazing series for real life hange to happen. We have seen people surrender to Jesus for the first time. We have seen people surrender their sexual purity to Jesus. We have seen people freed from condemnation in the area of sexual purity, experiencing God's true and real forgiveness.
